CONVEYANCER

The successful candidate will possession the following skills:
-  graduate of an accredited Legal Secretary (or equivalent) Program;
-  experience with EConvey is preferred but will provide training;
-  experience with Esi-Law or equivalent is preferred but will provide training;
-  strong oral, interpersonal and written communication skills;
-  use sound judgment in assessing urgency and importance of telephone calls

    and correspondence;
-  can effectively manage multiple tasks under tight timelines;
-  can produce routine and confidential documents with a very high level of

    accuracy;
-  good judgment and discretion;
-  can quickly learn policies and procedures as they relate to the position;
-  use initiative to make decisions;
-  respond quickly to changing priorities.
