
Experience and Education
Rodney Pacholzuk was raised in Penticton, British Columbia. He attended the University of Michigan where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in general studies majoring in History and Accounting. Mr. Pacholzuk went on to the University of Windsor School of Law from which he graduated with his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1984.
His practice is in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on matters involving personal injury, insurance, insolvency, wills and estates litigation, and commercial litigation. Mr. Pacholzuk appears in both the trial and appellate courts.
