The Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards lived up to every expectation, providing an exceptional evening to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our local business community. It was a night dedicated to recognizing those who work tirelessly to lift our city to greater heights. FH&P Lawyers LLP felt both honoured and humbled to be named as a finalist, extending our heartfelt congratulations to Anodyne Electrical Manufacturing for their well-deserved recognition as Large Business of the Year. Their success serves as a shining example of the outstanding contributions made by businesses in our city, challenging us all to search for innovative ways to raise the standard.

While the firm as a whole may not have taken first place, it was an opportunity for members of our team to shine in the active roles within their various passion projects. Victories showcasing one of the pillars of our extended corporate culture; Rooted In Community. Among the winners circle, Daniel Shea, an associate member of our team and the current board president of the non-profit organization Brain Trust Canada, led the organization to win in the Excellence in Community Impact category. This achievement stands as a testament to our team's love for community service in Kelowna. We offer our sincere congratulations to Daniel for his exceptional contributions and take immense pride in considering him one of our own. Adding more reason to celebrate, the accolades didn’t stop there! A touch of nostalgia coming from another victory, this time in the Achievements of Arts and Entertainment, reminded us of our firm's influence on not only corporate values, but gaining recognition within in the cultural demographic. Our historical involvement with the Rotary Centre for the Arts, led by Murray Bye and Erin Cram, exemplifies our dedication to enriching Kelowna's growing creative landscape. These endeavours underscore our ongoing support for initiatives that contribute to our local arts scene, reinforcing the devotion to community involvement and enrichment.
