International Women’s Day is today and our lawyer team is celebrating and showing support. Today is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality.

Marked annually on March 8th, International Women's Day (IWD) is one of the most important days of the year to:

*celebrate women's achievements
*raise awareness about women's equality
*lobby for accelerated gender parity
*fundraise for female-focused charities

The campaign theme for International Women's Day 2021 is 'Choose To Challenge'. A challenged world is an alert world. And from challenge comes change. So let's all #ChooseToChallenge.

Heidi – What’s the greatest lesson a woman should learn? That since day one she’s had everything she needs within herself. It’s the world that convinced her she did not.

Andrea – I challenge women to speak up for their self-worth so that others can do the same.

Kristin – Women belong in all places where decisions are being made.

Nancy – I will maintain a gender equal mindset.

Wendy – I will celebrate women’s achievements and help women on their journey through mental health. You are not alone and you are not a burden. A little progress each day adds up to big results.
