One of the questions I often get asked is, “What do I do after I get in the car accident?”

Some of the first things that you should do after a car accident are, follow the advice of any of the paramedics or first responders on the scene.

The second thing that you should do is immediately follow the advice of your lawyer. We always recommend that you contact your lawyer after a motor vehicle accident. The reason being is there are many things that need to be addressed such as liability; meaning who is at fault, and as well how to navigate through the recovery process.
