FH&P Welcomes Russell Tse to Law Team as General Solicitor

FH&P’s legal team is growing again with the addition of Russell Tse. Russell conducts a solicitor’s practice, providing services to his clients in the areas including, but not limited to, residential and commercial Real Estate, First Nations Land Development, Corporate and Commercial, Wills, and Estate Administration.

“I’m looking forward to being part of a team that works as a cohesive group, that encompasses all areas of law,” said Tse. “I am motivated by the community aspect of the firm, both within the firm itself and out in the community.”

Born in Calgary but raised in Kelowna, Russell graduated from BOND Law in the Gold Coast of Australia and was called to the BC Bar in 2019 to embark on his legal career after previously earning a history degree from the University of Victoria. Now residing in West Kelowna, Russell will work primarily in the Kelowna office but will also periodically base himself in the Penticton office.

“We are excited to add another strong, attentive lawyer to our team,” said Managing Partner Dylan Switzer. “Russell is versatile and will be helping clients across the Okanagan with a wide range of matters.”

Away from the office, Russell is very active, having played several sports competitively while also enjoying endurance races. He completed the Penticton IRONMAN in 2022 and continues to compete in Olympic-distance triathlons. He currently is training for a 100km ultra marathon, among other upcoming marathon races.

Russell is an avid surfer, having lived on Vancouver Island and Australia for his post-secondary education. He now enjoys traveling the world to various surf destinations when he can. He currently plays basketball, hockey and golf locally. He also enjoys getting out in the woods on multi-day hiking trips with his Vizsla pup, Otis.
