Born and raised in Revelstoke, Dylan Switzer first joined FH&P Lawyers as a summer law student in 2005, then returned in 2007 to complete his articles. A year later Dylan joined the firm as an Associate lawyer after graduating law school from the University of Calgary in 2008. On January 1, 2014 he became a partner, then four years later became the Managing Partner succeeding Doug Flannigan.

Dylan’s practice focuses on business law, real estate, estate planning and administration. He represents corporations, societies and charities throughout British Columbia assisting with a wide range of business law matters including incorporations, asset and share transactions, and corporate re-organization. His estate planning practice sees him draft simple and complex wills, including non-probate wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements for health care. He administers numerous estates providing valuable guidance to executors and beneficiaries in an efficient manner.

When not in the office Dylan loves spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors mountain biking, golfing, and fly fishing. He also loves the food and wine scene that the Okanagan provides.
