I THRIVE OFF MY CLIENTS’ PASSION. THERE IS A RANGE AS FAR AS THE TYPE OF WORK MY CLIENTS DO. BUT ONE COMMON THEME IS THAT THEY ARE ALL FULL OF PASSION. LISTENING TO THEM TELL THEIR STORIES AND TALK ABOUT WHY THEY DO WHAT THEY DO… THAT’S WHAT INSPIRES AND DRIVES ME. THEIR WHY BECOMES MY WHY.

We work with early- and growth-stage companies, keeping in mind the specific needs and growth cycle of startups. We provide strategic advice on entity formation and corporate governance matters, draft the documents you'll need to protect your intellectual property, and assist in structuring financing rounds.

How We Do It

We take a comprehensive and in-house style approach, aiming to act as a trusted advisor for your business. We work closely with you and your other advisors to develop strategies that will best suit the needs and goals of your business.
