The Office of the Sport Integrity Commissioner (OSIC) administers issues related to the Universal Code of Conduct to Prevent and Address Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS) through the Abuse-Free Sport system. In April 2024 OSIC created the Abuse-Free Sport Legal Aid Program and invited Brett McClelland join the program representing both claimants and respondents across Western and Northern Canada.
