Bennett is a lawyer admitted to practice in both British Columbia and California, with a focus on corporate and commercial law.
Originally from the Niagara Region, he earned his undergraduate degree from Trent University, where he was a goaltender for the men’s hockey team. He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Ottawa and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2021.
Bennett most recently practiced litigation at a Los Angeles–based firm, where he represented Fortune 500 companies and professional sports organizations. He has since returned to a solicitor’s practice, advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters and delivering practical, business-focused solutions.
Outside of his practice, Bennett stays active through hockey, softball, skiing at Big White, and playing lacrosse with the Vernon Sr. Tigers.
