Brian Coen

Brian maintains a broad litigation practice and is a member of the FH&P Construction Law Group. He has over 20 years of experience in complex multiparty litigation including contract disputes, construction litigation, real estate disputes, estate litigation, civil litigation and family law litigation.

Brian’s significant depth of knowledge, trial experience and expertise has allowed him to establish a reputation among his clients, colleagues, and the court as an effective trial lawyer. He has successfully achieved his client’s goals in cases at all levels of court and tribunals in Ontario and British Columbia.

Brian understands how stressful legal matters can be and carefully helps his clients navigate through the complicated process. He takes a no-nonsense, common-sense approach alongside a commitment to their success.

Brian graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in Ontario and has grown a successful practice in Toronto, Vancouver and most recently in Kelowna. Brian is an avid hockey fan and enjoys golf, skiing, mountain biking and motorcycling.
