Originally from Hanna, Alberta, Darren’s practice focuses on personal injury, construction litigation, estate litigation, criminal defence and general litigation disputes.

His extensive litigation experience gained across three jurisdictions, British Columbia, Alberta and the Yukon, permits him to achieve the results clients need and expect. Darren works on complex files in a straightforward and client orientated manner from file intake to trial, if required.

Darren graduated Law school from the University of Calgary and became a member of the British Columbia and Alberta Bars (Yukon Bar 2017-2019) in 2008. Darren joined the FH&P Lawyers partnership on April 1, 2020.

When Darren is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, coaching hockey and baseball.
