Dylan Switzer

Dylan’s practice focuses on business law, real estate, estate planning and administration. He represents corporations, partnerships, societies and charities throughout British Columbia, assisting with a wide range of business law matters, including incorporations, asset and share transactions, commercial finance and corporate re-organizations. His estate planning practice sees him draft simple and complex wills, including non-probate wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and representation agreements for health care. He administers numerous estates providing valuable guidance to executors and beneficiaries in an efficient manner. Dylan’s real estate practices see him represent buyers and sellers in all manners of commercial and residential transactions while, also, maintaining a robust commercial lease practice.

When not in the office Dylan loves spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors mountain biking, golfing, and fly fishing. He also loves the food and wine scene that the Okanagan provides.
