As a dedicated wills and estates lawyer, Jen practices almost exclusively in this field. Her passion lies in helping individuals navigate the complexities of estate planning, administration, and assisting FH&P’s estate litigation team. Her knowledge spans all aspects of estate planning and administration, including will drafting, trusts, and tax-efficient strategies, guiding clients through the probate process and assisting when difficult family dynamics come into play. Jen’s previous experience working in tax law, corporate law and conveyancing gives her the ability to understand all the intricacies of estates, no matter how complex. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Jen ensures that her clients’ wishes are safeguarded, and their legacies preserved. 

As a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Jen has a comprehensive understanding of estate planning and wealth management, underscoring her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
