Originally from Osoyoos, Jesse completed his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Victoria. While completing his degree, Jesse got hands on experience in legal advocacy by coauthoring a report on cross-border water pollution issues in BC industry.
After graduating, he practiced general litigation at a small firm in the Fraser Valley where he has represented clients in front of the BC Supreme Court, BC Provincial Court, Residential Tenancy Board, and both BC and Canadian Human Rights Tribunals.
Jesse moved back to the Okanagan and joined FH&P in 2026 where he continues to practice general litigation, with a focus on employment and human rights. Jesse also works in areas of construction disputes, environmental compliance, and immigration.
When he is not at work, Jesse is enjoying the Okanagan weather with his partner, Megan, or making plans for their next road trip.
