Born and raised in Ecuador, Katherine brings an international legal background to her practice. She earned her law degree in Ecuador and an LL.M. in International Business Law in France before relocating to Canada, where she completed further legal studies at the University of British Columbia.
Called to the British Columbia Bar in December 2025, Katherine practices family law and civil litigation. She takes a practical, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented approach to helping her clients navigate complex legal matters.
Katherine serves on the executive committees of the Canadian Bar Association’s Family Law – Okanagan and Young Lawyers – Okanagan sections, as well as the Women Lawyers Forum – Kamloops. She provides legal services in both English and Spanish.
Outside the office, Katherine enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures, and exploring the outdoors
