Kevin was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Alberta and graduated from the dual law program at the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013, the New York bar in 2014, and the BC bar in 2019.

Kevin practiced in a litigation boutique in Ontario for six years prior to coming to Kelowna. He practices in the areas of strata, construction, estate litigation, tax litigation and USA immigration. While he practices in English, Kevin can assist Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients.

Kevin is called to the New York bar and has an office in Manhattan, USA out of which he specializes in USA Immigration matters.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys dedicating his time to community and professional organizations. He is the past president for the Brain Injury Association Sarnia-Lambton, former treasurer for the Lambton Law Association, has served in various executive roles for the Ontario Bar Association's Sole, Small Firm and General Practice section.
