Kevin Robertson

We’re excited to welcome Kevin Robertson to the FH&P Lawyers team as Associate Counsel. Kevin brings valuable experience in Family Law and Civil Litigation. His diverse legal background allows him to navigate complex matters through the Supreme and Provincial Courts of British Columbia. Kevin is based in Vernon, servicing the Vernon and North Okanagan communities with support from the full FH&P legal teams in Kelowna and Penticton.

Kevin is known for his practical and solution-focused approach. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation and guides them through every step of the legal process. Having personally experienced a family separation, Kevin offers clients not only legal insight but also genuine empathy during emotionally challenging times. Kevin is also a Mediator and provides mediation services to families seeking to resolve matters outside of court.

He regularly contributes articles to The Verdict, the legal publication of the Trial Lawyers Association of BC. Kevin is a strong advocate for community involvement; he is a long-serving board member (and past President) of Turning Points Collaborative Society and the Caetani Cultural Society in Vernon.

Outside the office, Kevin enjoys yoga, hiking with his fiancé and bulldog, and spending time with his two children.
