Nancy obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in French and English from the University of St. Francis Xavier in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. In 2009, she obtained her Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Nancy then moved to the Okanagan where she articled and practiced as an associate with a law firm in Vernon. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2010, joined FH&P Lawyers LLP as an associate in 2013 and joined the partnership in 2018.
Nancy practices in the areas of wills, trusts, estate and incapacity planning, estate administration, residential and commercial real estate, property matters, corporate transactions and business law.
When she is not in the office you can find her outdoors taking advantage of everything the Okanagan has to offer in the summer and winter months.

Nancy’s family is originally from the Okanagan, and as an avid snowboarder and wakeboarder she has settled here in order to enjoy all that the Okanagan outdoors has to offer.
