Russell Tse

Raised in Kelowna, Russell graduated from BOND Law in the Gold Coast of Australia and was called to the BC Bar in 2019. As a general solicitor with FH&P, Russell works primarily in Business Law working with large and small companies in their wide range of corporate needs, with a focus in mergers and acquisitions, tech startups, corporate structure, contract drafting and negotiation, and intellectual property protection. Russell also practices in areas such as Real Estate (residential and commercial).

Away from the office, you can find Russell with his dog Otis in the outdoors, hiking, golfing, skiing or surfing in a remote location.
