About us

FH&P Lawyers is a mid-size Okanagan Valley law firm providing a range of legal services to commercial and private clients. We start by developing a thorough understanding of your unique circumstances and offer efficient and creative solutions.

The broad, deep experience of our lawyers and supporting teams allow us to handle a wide range of complex legal issues while providing more day-to-day legal assistance efficiently and effectively.

FH&P Lawyers LLP is pleased to welcome two new articling students to the firm:

Samantha von Sayn and Heather Stirling

Samantha is originally from Germany and relocated to Kelowna in 2010. She recently graduated with her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University. Samantha is an avid Volleyball player and can be found at the beach courts most summer days. She truly enjoys Kelowna’s surrounding nature and loves taking her Mini Aussie Shepherd on all the beautiful hiking trails the Okanagan has to offer.

Heather was born and raised in Kelowna, and moved to Victoria to complete her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor at the University of Victoria. She is happy to be back in Kelowna and is looking forward to spending time up at Big White in the winter and out on Okanagan Lake in the summer.

Welcome to the firm Samantha and Heather!
